One Campus.
Dozens of Places
a Leak Can Start.
From residence halls to utility rooms, water leaks can go unnoticed for hours or days — causing expensive damage, disrupting students, and creating safety risks. Leak Gopher helps you detect leaks early and automatically shut off water where it makes sense.

A Leak Can Start Almost Anywhere.
From residence halls to mechanical rooms, one unnoticed leak can quickly become a major disruption. Explore some of the most common high-risk areas across a campus.
A Small Leak Can Damage an Entire Room
Water heaters, HVAC systems, sinks, toilets and plumbing lines can leak while students are away or asleep.
High Usage Means Higher Leak Risk
Washers, hoses, drains and utility connections can fail and quickly spread water across the room.
Protect Critical Building Equipment
Chillers, boilers, valves and water lines can develop leaks in areas that may not be checked constantly.
Plumbing Problems Can Go Unnoticed
Toilets, urinals, sinks and supply lines can continue leaking long after someone leaves.
A Leak Can Interrupt Daily Operations
Sinks, dishwashers, ice machines and water connections create multiple potential leak points.
One Failed Water Heater Can Waste Thousands of Gallons of Water
Water heaters, tanks, fittings and supply lines can fail suddenly and cause extensive water damage.

Meet the Leak
Gopher
Cellular Kit.
Monitor high-risk areas across campus without relying on building Wi-Fi. When water is detected, Leak Gopher can alert your team and automatically shut off the water where configured.
Simple Parts. Powerful Protection.
Each component plays a specific role — working together to detect leaks early, monitor water usage, and automatically shut off the water when it matters most.
Water Sensors
Detect Physical Leaks Early
Tiny wireless sensors detect water where it shouldn't be — on floors, near equipment, water heaters, plumbing fixtures, laundry areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and more.
When water is detected, the sensor immediately sends a signal through the Leak Gopher system so your team can be alerted and automatic shutoff can occur where configured.
Water Meter
Detect Flow & Track Usage
The water meter monitors real-time water flow and total consumption, helping identify unusual or continuous flow that may indicate a leak.
Monitor the main water line for the entire building, or install meters on individual lines to track specific buildings, floors, zones, or equipment. You choose what you want to monitor.
Cellular Gateway
The Communication Hub
The gateway receives information from connected Leak Gopher devices and keeps the system connected using cellular service — no building Wi-Fi is required.
When a leak or abnormal flow condition is detected, the system can send text and email alerts to designated staff and communicate with the shutoff system where configured.
Automatic Shutoff Valve
Stop the Water Automatically
When the system detects a leak or a flow condition that requires action, the motorized valve can automatically shut off the water where configured.
This is especially useful for residence halls, mechanical rooms, water heater areas, and other locations that may be unattended when a leak begins.
Monitor . Detect . Shut Off . Alert.
Build the level of protection that makes sense for your campus — from targeted leak detection to flow monitoring and automatic shutoff.
